After turning off the lights find the film holders. Remove the film that you will develop that session (one session should never exceed two sheets of film) onto a dry paper towel. You should wear latex gloves because you will need to agitate the film manually in the trays. When ready, start the development process. To agitate the X-ray film is the same as agitating the 4x5 film, take it slow though because the X-ray film size can allow for more chances of scratches occuring on the surface and on both sides.
